Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' at the top of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Design Hog. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Design Hog, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

When we have received your order, a confirmation email will be sent you you so you know we are getting your order ready for dispatch.We will also send you an email when we have dispatched your goods and send a delivery note to you for when your products arrive.

Prices
Prices are correct at time of publishing, although It may be necessary for HETTI the HOG to change prices from time to time, but any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Every effort has been made to portray items accurately, however slight variations may occur.

The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic processes allow but please note that there may be slight colour variation depending on the settings of individual computer screens.

Shipping And Handling
We will normally dispatch your order to you within 1-2 working days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Design Hog allows FREE postage over £150
You must inform us within two working days of delivery if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We will use Royal mail on all deliveries with a choice of '1st class' or 'Recorded delivery', all charges for this are listed before you make the final payment through our website.

Flower Deliveries & Substitution
Delivery is within the United Kingdom only. Please note that seasonal availability of certain individual flowers may vary from those illustrated. Products ordered do not include a vase, flower basket or container unless otherwise stated. Our professional florists may substitute flowers for a suitable alternative, similar in style, quality and value depending on availability. Sundry items such as vases, flower baskets and containers, included with certain products, may vary. Every effort is taken to ensure that the item substituted is as similar in design as possible to the illustrated product.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery Schedule for Greetings Cards - We will normally post your order the day after your order reaches us. Delivery can be up to 5 working days for UK and 10 working days for any other destination depending on the postage service you have opted for. See 'Shipping + Handling' for services we use.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put this on back order for you. This will then be kept as credit for your next order. We cannot offer money back at this stage but we aim to deliver your remaining stock withim two weeks of the initial order.

Tax Charges
There is NO VAT on any orders. The price you see is the price you pay.

Returns Policy

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
